Along with our usual meetup in a pub in May, I would like to invite you to a UK Pension Seminar for Expatriates.

Here is the formal invitation:

You are cordially invited to a seminar hosted by Kestrel International (USA) Inc. which will consider the issues expatriates face when they move overseas and leave their pensions behind in the UK. During this seminar Daniel Dane, President of Kestrel International (USA) Inc. , and Toby Ricketts of the award winning Margetts Funds Management Ltd will discuss:

• how to minimize the restrictions and maximise the benefits available on UK pensions
  
• new "QROPS" legislation allowing qualifying pensions to be transferred to non-UK jurisdictions for tax efficiency purposes
  
• Margetts Fund Management Ltd will provide an insight into their portfolio management skills and their views on the recent volatility in global markets
