It was great meeting those of you I had a chance to talk to! Hopefully the Elephant and Castle will have us back again after the accidental gatecrashing of Kellogg's party! Thanks all for coming! See you next month.

Hi all, thanks for coming and putting up with the craziness - I think it is the first time so many people who said they were coming actually came!!! Thanks Kym for getting us more seats! I gained an umbrella so if anyone has lost one please let me know so I can return it to you! Thanks!

Thank George! I'll be there. Bringing another American who may not quite know Brit humor. Boy, is he in for a riot! Spoke to London today. She says hello.

I'm an American who would like to meet some Brits before I travel to the UK and a friend suggested this group as being a good place to start.

I will try to make this one and have enlisted a mate to get me home that night. Being from the Burbs, logistics can be a leap of faith, but we'll make another stab at it. Hopefully, with better results this time.

Sorry, can't make it 25th, as I have another event out of town. Have a great time!

Who attended?

    •  Had not managed to get to a meetup in about a year but really enjoyed this one. Close to full turn-out I think. Enjoyed the location too. A big thank-you to all the organizers.
    •  Despite going to the wrong Elephant and Castle initally ( although they did a good pint of guiness ) I enjoyed the night. Although I got talking to the group I was sitting with and didnt mingle a great deal I will try next month to move around to meet others.

Can't believe it took me 5 years to find this group:) Had a lot of fun, so thanks very much:)
    •  It was a great evening. Really enjoyed drinking pints and getting to know as many as possible. Wow! there were a lot of show-ups (and a few show-offs). 'Way too many blokes named Neal. Then again, maybe I was seeing double. It was great to hear about Liverpool and Chelsea again. My second home Brighton was represented too. What nostalgia. It's great to know that I have a venue to reconnect. I am very much looking forward to the next Meetup.
    •  Had a fantastic time. It was a big turn out-- was great meeting and chatting with everyone. See you next month! Karen M.
