About The San Francisco Expat Brit Meetup Group
Okay, so we're a bunch of Brits (with a few other nationalities chucked in- all are welcome!) that have managed to tear themselves away from the blistering heat of those endless British summers in order to begin a new life "over the pond" (or we're on the run from the "Old Bill")
At the meet-ups we spend our time doing one of two things:
1) Singing "God Save the Queen" at full volume whilst philosophising about the decline of post-modernist democratic society, championing a return to neo-victorian values
or
2) Talking about old kid's TV programmes (Remember Rainbow?) and drinking lots!
Feel free to join us - you'll have fun and meet new, interesting people united by many things not least by the fact we all learnt to drive a car on the "wrong side of the road" !
